"I wish I could remember the name of the person I interacted with. There was an initial concern that the quality of the flyer may not be acceptable because of the lower resolution but we worked thru that and I decided we’d be fine. Then, I mentioned my concern about the delivery date as I needed it at the latest one day before our event … so they helped make sure that it’d get thru production so it could ship in time to get to me - which it did with days to spare. The bulk pricing worked great … as although I probably didn’t need to get 1,000 … now that I have them I’m glad I did it. "I was looking to have a book printed. Most companies advertised cheap printing. When I ran into your site, I was apprehensive because you were cheaper than any other. Half the price of some. We were happy with the digital proof so we approved the printing. When we received the books, we were overwhelmed. The old photos looked better than our originals. They were scans of some old scans and since the collection we used was destroyed, these are the only remaining copies. Your customer service is second to none. We found 2 errors and there was no problem resolving the issues. Everyone who has seen the 396 page book has been impressed. Needless to say, if we do it again we will not have to shop around.
