"I wish there was something higher than an A for all of the above! Truly this was the most amazing experience. I've been printing booklets for a kids group for a year and have always had problems with misprinting, pricing, late printing, terrible customer service... the list goes on. Everyone enjoyed receiving it and she's received nothing but praise from her peers for her design along with the quality of your printing. I was in charge of ordering. From start to finish the process was as straight forward as could be. I made a few mistakes with the font exporting, and it was brought to my attention by Kara E. and I was thankful for their correspondence. I also neglected to fix the font on page 13 of my order and this error was found in your first test print.
