Site is very easy to use once you become familiar with the printing lingo, but I did need help to complete my order. (The help was prompt, fast and easy). They promptly sent me sample of similar work, to help me choose paper, covers, binding, etc. THIS WAS A HUGE PLUS WHEN I PLACED MY FIRST ORDER and way better than local printers.
