Check your Junk Folder
If you happen to find some of our messages in your Junk folder, please be sure to mark the messages as "not junk" using your provider's built-in function. This will help ensure that future messages are not delivered to the Junk folder.
Try searching your mailbox using the built-in search function. Here's how:
1.) From the inbox of your Hotmail/MSN/Outlook.com account
2.) Type info@docucopies.com into the "Search Mail and People" search box and press enter.
3.) Once done, the Hotmail/MSN/Outlook.com search will display the matching results.
