Check your Spam Folder
If you happen to find some of our messages in your Spam folder, please be sure to mark the messages as "not spam" using your provider's built-in function. This will help ensure that future messages are not delivered to the Spam folder.
Try searching your mailbox using the built-in search function. Here's how:
1.) From the inbox of your AOL account
2.) Click the small down arrow next to the "Search Mail" wording and then select the "From/To" option.
3.) Type info@docucopies.com into the "Search Mail" box and press enter. Once done, the AOL search will display the matching results.
